Can you identify how much stress you are under?
Stress has become such a part of our lives that many of us have just accepted it as part of our daily routine. Actually when you come to think of it we don't even pay attention to the aching muscles, headaches and life rage that are indicators of stress and are just part of a average day.
During the next little while I am going to be talking alot about stress, how to identify it , and what to do about it.
